Richard
G. DiNitto
– Mr. DiNitto has over 23 years of professional consulting and operations
management experience.
Mr. DiNitto has worked for both small start-up industrial operations to
large multi-national organizations such as ABB.
As a project/program manager, Mr. DiNitto has managed more than 500
projects ranging in budget up to $100 million.
Mr. DiNitto has managed several organizations and firms, both in
engineering and consulting and in industry.
Prior to starting Sleeman Hanley & DiNitto, he was the CEO and COO
for two years of a publicly traded international energy products firm with
operations and alliances in the United States, Australia and the Netherlands.
Previously Mr. DiNitto was responsible for operations at several
consulting and engineering firms, most notably for ABB Environmental, where he
managed the Northeast Operations Division, a $50 million annual operation.
Mr. DiNitto has both a BS and MS in Geology, and has published more than
20 professional papers and co-authored one book on site investigation
techniques. M.
Margret Hanley
–
Ms. Hanley has over 20 years of experience in technical and
project management consulting and in consulting business operations.
As a Licensed Site Professional (Massachusetts), she has managed several
facility decommissioning and closure projects that have ranged from building
demos to site-wide remediation projects.
She worked for 16 years at GEI Consultants Inc., a national geotechnical
and environmental consulting firm, where she was Executive Vice President of
Environmental Programs.
Ms. Hanley was also responsible for managing their Chicago operations for
two years.
Recently Ms. Hanley worked for Greenfields International, where as Vice
President she was responsible for assisting corporations with redeveloping
contaminated properties.
With Sleeman Hanley & DiNitto, Inc., Ms. Hanley is providing Fortune
500 and Property Management firms with facility and property closure and
decommissioning assistance and strategic planning services.
Richard
A. McGrath - Mr.
McGrath has over 35 years of broad-based experience in the management of
multidisciplinary teams conducting complex projects in the environmental, health
and safety fields, and has nationally recognized expertise in the management of
large programs involving multiple subcontractors and simultaneous work
assignments. His primary technical expertise is in the assessment and
remediation of contaminated sediments, particularly sediments containing
nonpolar organic compounds, and he has been a major participant in two of the
largest and best-known investigations of PCB-contaminated sites. He has also
successfully managed projects in strategic environmental management, compliance
planning and auditing, hazardous waste remediation, coastal ecology,
environmental impact assessment, ecological risk assessment, human health risk
assessment, numerical fate and transport modeling, and biostatistics. Mr.
McGrath has also served in a number of line and program management positions in
both private and public sector environments, including as Officer, Regional
Manager, or General Manager for three international environmental
consulting/engineering firms. In addition to his technical background, Mr.
McGrath has formal training in finance and accounting including working
capital/cash flow management, financial statement analysis, capital budgeting,
contract negotiation and A/R management. He has also received formal training
in Total Quality Management and is a certified Quality Education System
instructor. Stuart D. Sleeman – Mr. Sleeman has over 19
years of experience in professional consulting and operations management. He has extensive international experience, having worked in
more than two-dozen countries in Asia, Europe and the Americas, where he
designed and implemented numerous Environmental Health & Safety programs for
both individual facilities and for corporate-wide operations.
He has developed protocols and auditing standards for facilities in more
than a dozen countries, and has developed and implemented benchmarking studies
for several Fortune 500 firms. Mr.
Sleeman was an Executive Vice President for an international energy products
firm, and co-managed the capital raising of more than $25 million for this
venture. He was also responsible
for managing and directing technology development efforts that led to over a
half dozen patents for industrial processing.
Mr. Sleeman also co-patented a unique technique for certification of
businesses for international standards and protocols. |
